米姐聽著也是鼻尖一酸，流下了兩行清淚
不對，內心激動澎湃，差點喜極而泣
備戰MTI的筒子們
都是經過非人哉的艱苦歲月
只差最後的一哆嗦，就可以大功告成了。
但是，切莫掉以輕心哦！
從以往的經驗看，即使MTI初試成績高分飄過，也有可能在複試中被無情刷掉，而初試成績剛好壓線的卻有機會扭轉乾坤，順利通過複試，因此，米姐特意收集了一些資料，給準備複試的筒子們做參考。
Master of translation and interpreting簡稱翻譯碩士，每年各研究生院校的考研專業課複試一般分為面試和筆試兩種情況。面試是MTI複試的最後一關，其重要性不言而喻，其中有許多值得注意的地方，準備不充分就會前功盡棄，因此從以下7方面多加註意，一舉拿下MTI錄取通知書。
01
——提前熟悉考試形式和要求——
（1）要熟悉面試科目。各校科目各有不同，考生一定要提前瞭解清楚，以便進行有針對性的準備。通常情況下，面試包括幾個方面：考生個人情況、針對某個話題進行闡述、考察考生口語和翻譯能力、檢驗考生應變能力以及第二外語。
（2）要了解著裝要求。有的學校要求稍微正式一點的著裝，有的則不然。通常情況下，最好不要穿過於休閒的服裝，例如短褲、拖鞋、超短裙等。即便對方不作要求，最好還是起碼穿著商務休閒裝。女同學可適當化妝，但忌濃妝。一切從未來職業口譯員的角度出發考慮即可，有的同學喜歡西裝領帶也未嘗不可。

——自我介紹隨機應變靈活應用——
Would you introduce yourself?
可以考慮首先介紹基本信息，包括姓名，家鄉，學校，愛好，性格，以及為何考研?為何選擇這個專業?為何選擇這個學校等。
eg：
Morning, distinguished professors. It's a fine day today, and I'm very pleased to meet you here. First of all, I'd like to introduce myself to you. my name is XX， 23 years old， and David is my English name. I studied in XX University.
I am open-minded， creative，get along well with my friends， and willing to help others. As a member of Student Union，I work earnestly，also get some good comments from teachers and classmates as well as obtain scholarship many times .
Even when I was a young boy, I was very interested in translation. Everyone may have a dream, and I still remember that my dream is to be a interpreter.
If I’m lucky enough to get the chance, I will devote all myself to my major and focus all my energy on it.
有的學校給考生自我介紹的時間，有的則不給。但是,自我介紹是最容易提前準備的部分，所以大家還是要高度重視。可以事先準備幾個版本，比如3分鐘、1分鐘和30秒版本。這些版本要反覆推敲和牢記，務必簡明扼要地體現自己的特點和對於口譯的熱愛，以便給考官留下好印象。
很多院校並不直接讓考生進行自我介紹，但是考生可以在回答問題時巧妙地提及自己的相關經歷，道出自己對於口譯的認識。

——回答問題闡述要有邏輯、有亮點——
（1）關注時事要廣、要深。可問的問題範圍非常廣，所以要在備考期間大量閱讀新聞媒體，瞭解時事，主要是過去一年直至考前發生的大事，例如2016年的G20峰會，要“know something about everything”。除了儘量收集相關信息外，更重要的是提煉自己有深度的看法，以便回答時信手拈來。
（2）回答要有邏輯和亮點。“三段論”是常見的一種組織形式，層次如果過多，則無法深入展開；層次過少，則顯得考生思考不夠全面。“三段論”可以採用“宏觀、微觀和自身”或“國家、社會、自身”或“正面、反面、總結”等結構。主要是要給考官一種回答有邏輯、全面且有亮點、背景知識面廣的印象。論述後，可簡單做個總結。

——英語發音正確——
發音正確是一個口譯員應具備的基本功。平時要多多練習口語，臨急抱佛腳是起不到效果的。要注重糾正錯誤發音，當年我為了糾正“with”這個詞的發音就花了整整一個星期。英音和美音其實並無妨，公正的考官一般不會因你的口音而歧視你。只要發音正確即可，不必刻意模仿哪種口音。

——現場儀態自信、大方——
進入考場後，就要始終注意自己的儀態。做到自信、大方，最好面帶微笑。回答問題時要適當慢慢掃視每位考官，與他們有目光接觸。切忌只盯著提問的考官或者某一位考官。語速要適中，聲音要清晰，根據考官的反應進行調整。坐姿要端正，二郎腿或是“葛優癱”就不要了。

——經得起“壓力測試”——
有的面試中，考官不按照常理出牌，打斷考生回答，或是問到出其不意的問題，或是瞬間裝出充滿敵意。這些都是對考生的壓力測試，一定要從容化解。如果遇到不太瞭解的問題，首先，要仔細聽清提問。如果沒聽懂，可禮貌地要求考官重複一下。其次，不要輕易說“我不知道”或者是回答一兩句草草了事，這會給考官留下你不重視面試或者知識面過窄的印象。最後，要儘量把答案往自己擅長的方向去引導，讓自己有話說。其實，壓力測試中，只要你一直在說，就已經成功一半了。

——常見面試問題——
（1）跨專業考翻碩的原因Why are you here?
這似乎是個簡答的問題，但是此處卻有幾個陷阱：你是否對你的專業不感興趣，沒有努力去學它;你是否是讓其他人幫你選擇專業或所從事的研究領域的。兩個方面都會讓你看起來缺少堅強的性格和缺乏興趣或你沒有足夠的興趣找到你自己的研究領域。如果是這樣的話，要盡力補救。如果表明你是由別人建議所選擇這個專業的，那就說明你並不是一個有獨立思考的合格研究生。對於研究生所報專業與本科不同的考生來講，最好把為何跨專業報考在自我介紹表述清楚，即使不說考官也會後續涉及到。可以表達自己對翻譯的熱愛和情感，再加上對貴校濃厚學術氛圍的嚮往！
eg：
At school I was interested in biology and did well at it. So when I applied for my major at university this seemed the most appropriate subject to choose. However, since then I have discovered that I am more interested in translation. Therefore I decided to work as hard as I could at translation and do some additional courses in the postgraduate period to prepare myself for work in this field.
（2）介紹一下自己的大學
Could you talk about your college!
儘量表達對母校的感激之情，從大學四年中學習的有用知識或與專業相關的技能。
eg：
Shandong University of Technology was founded in 1956 and was one of the first public colleges certified to confer the bachelor's degree by China 's Department of State. The university is under the direct leadership of the Shandong Provincial Government and is located in Zibo city where the ancient and profound Qi culture originated. The number of the students is 40000 now。She is an engineering-oriented school.
（3）你的翻譯工作經歷
Do you have any relevant practice experiences?
這個問題儘量切合實際，有過翻譯經驗可以簡單描述過程，重點表達學習到的技能，如果沒有這類經歷，也可體現出自己做過的翻譯實踐，有思考，有想法也可表達出來。
eg：
I have been employed to a translation company after graduation from my college, and my main task is to do some translation and edition works. After having whetted my skills at a translation agency for some time, I find that the time has come for me to deepen my study in this field.
（4）認識翻譯大家嗎？
Do you know about those master translators?
每個院校導師常會問你認識哪些翻譯大家及他們的作品，這也是每個學翻譯的童鞋必備知識，所以大家需要整理出耳熟能詳的幾位中國翻譯家的材料，如：林紓、魯迅、董樂山、朱生豪等等。
許淵衝是當代中國著名的翻譯家。許淵衝從事文學翻譯幾十年間，許淵衝把眾多中國經典和詩詞曲賦翻譯成英語、法語介紹到國外，使世界瞭解了《西廂記》《牡丹亭》《長生殿》《桃花扇》，體會到唐詩、宋詞、元曲的精妙，領悟到《詩經》《楚辭》《論語》《老子》中的內涵，已出版中英法譯著120餘部。2010年，許淵衝獲得中國翻譯協會頒發的“翻譯文化終身成就獎”。
許先生著名的“三美”原則可譯為：Three Beauties Principle “音美”，“意美”，“形美”可以譯為：the beauty in sense, sound and form或者是beauty of phonology, beauty of formality and beauty of style
（5）你如何成為一名合格的譯員How to be a good translator?
eg：
a.Familiarize yourself with the culture from which the language you are interpreting originates. This will help you to better understand the person for whom you are interpreting so that you can make his words and meaning more clear.
b.Study vocabulary words for both languages consistently. This is especially important when translating documents.
c.Take notes and study the subject matter in which you will be required to translate or interpret. For example, If your job is to interpret at a conference on heart disease, it will be helpful to obtain a copy of the agenda so that you can research any words or concepts with which you are currently unfamiliar.
d.Practice good communication and customer service skills. Your goal is to make both parties feel comfortable with one another while you help to express their wants and needs. An interpreter also needs to be able to be comfortable in many environments. You may be required to work in a school, a courtroom or a hospital.
e.Volunteer to gain more experience and to keep your skills sharp. Social services offices, hospitals, churches and private organizations appreciate help from interpreters and translators. Some jobs also require several years of experience, which you can obtain through volunteering on a regular basis.
f.Attain a certification, which demonstrates that you have attained proficiency.
臺上一分鐘，臺下十年功。面試要想表現好，之前要做充分的準備。考生可以結成對子，進行小組模擬練習，相互糾正問題，以便共同提高。
